Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to verify the influence of size of the enterprise on technologytransfer processes in high-tech manufacturing sector in Poland in 2008–2013. The studyused econometric modeling of the dichotomous dependent variable of Probit type and tookinto account processes of transfer and acquisition of technological solutions. Studies haveshown that the highest probability of transfer of technology is in large enterprises.
