Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the Russian-Chinese dictionary for Chinese language study. The dictionary was compiled by Illarion Rossokhin in 1740s in St. Petersburg during his work as a teacher in the school of Chinese and Manchu languages at the Academy of Sciences. The article discusses the structure of the dictionary and its lexical features, as well as the arguments that this dictionary should be considered as Chinese-Russian dictionary.
