Summary/Abstract: In this article, issues related to the runic inscriptions around Lena and Baikal rivers are dealt with. The characteristics of historic studies on these inscriptions are also defined. An analysis of runic inscriptions discovered in the rocks around Krestyah settlement and Olegma National Forestry is also made.
