Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the behaviour of twenty-first century consumers, which is related to the transport services market. The objective of the article is to demonstrate the specificity of consumer behaviour in the twenty-first century, including recipients of transport services in the context of shaping actions and tools of transport services marketing. The objective is realised with the use of the following research methods: analysis and synthesis combined with the logical inference. The conducted research shows that the analysed behaviour of twenty-first century consumers influences the concept of transport services marketing.
