PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY IN THE CURRENT ACTIVITIES OF THE THIRD SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Third Sector organizations are often taken as entities not pursuing economic objectives. However, their business strategic and operational normally requires a proper management of available resources. Available funds must cover the needs of a few, often parallel running projects. Without proper approach to management, allocation of resources could be ineffective, and thus expose the organization to lack of goals realization. This article aims to show that well implemented and applied project management methodology allows to achieve the implementation of the goals and mission of the organization, taking into account the specifics of its non - commercial nature.
