Summary/Abstract: The present paper presents some considerations on the Romanian military history between 1916 and 1919, and Armed Forces' role in the process of Romania’s Great Union realization, drawing conclusions and lessons valuable both now and in the future. There are also presented the Romanian military actions for the accomplishment of the union between Bessarabia and Romania in March 1918.
