Summary/Abstract: The emergence of new electronic records, which differ widely from the classic paper holders, was initiated by the Technical Committee of the International Organization for Standardization to develop international standards for office operations ISO 15489. The archival profession in the world and also in our country it is primarily concerned with the possibility of storing such records. Standards for electronic documents, such as authenticity, reliability, integrity, usability, precision and concreteness, completeness, and connectivity, should be standardized.
