Summary/Abstract: The author presents own innovative practice, set up in an ambitious Bulgarian school, which for sixty years stays as a pioneer in sustaining activities with proven effect to learners’ personal development. The aim of this practice is to motivate students to achieve high educational results, increase their citizen’s and social responsibility, popularize their successes and to affirm the educational institution reputation.
