Serbia Confronting Various Challenges

Summary/Abstract: The basic goal of this article is to show that the some issues are more complex than it seems. The main method that author using in this article is the Content Analysis. Author in this article discussing about two problems: membership of our country in the European Union and the political and institutional challenges of our country. In this analysis author shows that the democratic relationship between and inside the country are not always democratic. The European Union has nondemocratic approach toward the countries that trying to become their member. Also our country is confront with the inside challenges. Citizens of our country have the low level of trust in our politicians, there are no political culture that is necessary for the democratic development. If our country wants to overcome these problems our politicians must realize that the mater of Serbia must be solved inside the borders. Nobody will solve our problems. We must develop a certain level of responsibility that is necessary for the democracy. If we do not realize this on time we can be in serious trouble.
