Summary/Abstract: Nowadays we have found ourselves living far away from a perfect system, as free market ideology has created the type of economy with the profit being its primary objective. Free market environment has brought great economic uncertainty for the laborers, because the human beings as individuals have become nothing but the common goods. From the process of spending, that has served for purpose of accumulation, we have come to the point of reverse process – the people ought to save due to social uncertainty. Crisis have made people feel the uncertainty, as all material fortune have become relative values. A man can lose his job and social certainty (security) very easily nowadays. It creates increase of the number of poor people, as well as the people who have rapidly reached the edge of the poverty. The poor people will become poorer, and the rich ones will become richer. Such obvious polarization of the people will increase the influence of “gray economy” and the crime. If the crisis gets prolonged, social and political unrests will become inevitable. Due to this fact, the state interventions need to be implemented. Hence the state needs to react in order to prevent prolonging of system financial crisis and its effect on economic, social and moral crisis.
