Summary/Abstract: The period since 1990 was marked by social changes that changed and transformed the state apparatus, and thus significantly influenced on the archival service. The efforts of the archival service to regulate office and archives normatively the Law on Archival Activity of the Canton of Tuzla as well as bylaws have been made. By the new Law, archival activity did not suffer any major changes, but was greatly enriched. This activity should be in the true sense of words of particular interest to Canton and to receive adequate treatment.
