Summary/Abstract: The text examines the ambition for creating a quality organization of training of students and for joint seeking of effective solutions for attracting and keeping them in school. Described are attractive forms of commitment of free time of students, through which emotional appeal is achieved. This leads to the development of students, provokes their activities by competent pedagogical orientation and leads to proper formation of personality.
