Summary/Abstract: At the present stage, the effectiveness of the organization activity directly depends on the properly organized personnel policy. The article presents the results of the problem diagnosis in the personnel policy of one of the organizations. The analysis of the use of labor resources, procedures and methods of implementing the personnel policy is performed. Measures to improve the effectiveness of the personnel policy of the organization are developed and recommended The ultimate goal of the personnel policy is to create a cohesive, responsible, high-performance team that is able to solve any tasks that correspond to the mission and strategy of the organization.
