Summary/Abstract: The topic treats the dramatic events of the Balkan wars and the beginning of the First World War in Albanian territories during the years 1914-1915-1916 and 1917. The main focus is the proclamation and the signing of the Autonomy of Korça on 10 December 1916 between the French military authorities and leaders of prominent Themistokli Gërmenji, which was the only agreement at that time on the basis of parity of mutual interest to the two signing parties with political interests. Afterwards, for the interventions and intrigues of the Serbian government against the national healthy spirit of the Albanian Government of Korça in order to prevent spreading throughout Albanian territory. The symbol of the Republic of Korça Themistokli Gërmenji would be killed after Serbian slanders and propaganda. He is executed in Thessaloniki on November 9, 1917, by which follows the degradation of the Republic of Korça.
