Summary/Abstract: The article is concerned with revelation of specialty of philosophical view of N.A. Berdyaev to a question of work and property during their evolution. The view of the work and property problem at an oeuvre of philosopher was investigated and further changes and development were retraced. Actual conceptions are put in context of comment of social-ism and capitalism by Berdyaev. Revealed religious and spiritual foundations of work and property, the creative nature of the work and its quality hierarchy. Highlighted the way out of the crisis proposed by the philosopher.
