Summary/Abstract: In the article the problem of the formation and improvement of the quality of the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of management. The paper examines the main trends and ways to improve management effectiveness evaluation aviation enterprises and software. Study of practical experience of subject management activity permits to determine the main trends, ways of rising in grade effectiveness of air transport enterprises management. Grade of enterprise potential is a search of total combination characteristics, activities and properties that permits and state the value of its abilities to provide the satisfaction of corresponding public requirement in facities on prospects and abilities to achieve the objects put by.
