Summary/Abstract: The article investigates the role of Christianity in the development and establishment of the international law, as well as in the development and humanization of the individual in the society. It separately considers the problems of our time which have arisen under the influence of globalization, and are manifested in the deformation of the person’s humanistic orientation. We describe the interconnection and interdependence of Christianity and the international law with a focus on the category that adequately reflects various aspects of this influence. The levels of influence of Christianity on the development and humanization of the individual, as well as on the international law are defined. The necessity of forming a new doctrine of development and humanization of the individual in the society and, accordingly, the humanization of the international law are grounded.
