Summary/Abstract: Today’s economic intelligence and economic espionage operates in complex and challenging business environment and law. Effective economic and business operations allows you to not only protect the most relevant information of the company but also allows you to implement their strategies, which determine the position on the market. The paper presents various concepts related to economic intelligence activities in the enterprises, shown among other things such as business intelligence methods, economic espionage role and responsibilities as well as how it all depends on human work. this text did not provide all complex aspects that make up the economic intelligence and economic espionage issues due to the size and dynamics of the phenomenon.
