Summary/Abstract: In this paper the evaluation methodology of interactions between games and visual function development in preschool children was presented. In the first part are presented some important aspects of preschool children's perception of single or collective games, dynamic or static games, interactive or repetitive games. In this regard it is important to follow the action identifying the typology of games that they can accepted by each subject, it can place or it can understand. When children – subjects of this research have previously identified vision problems that require visual recovery program through systematic training, the serious games are the most useful instruments for achieving this goal. It was found during observations on children's behavior more efficiency to their visual recovery procedures when using various instruments or devices with which children interact like games. Using various games, tests or electronic applications (involving the use of computers or electronic devices) allowed the development of several forms of games and actions by which to track it, evaluate it and intervene on manifestations of visual dysfunctions.
