Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the analysis is to describe the genre model of the trip report − a typeof the text in which a person describes their experiences after taking a psychoactive substance.Such accounts can be found on special Internet forums for psychonauts. In the article,a selection of texts from two such forums − Neurogroove.org and Haszysz.com were takenunder analysis in order to determine the most important features of the genre. The authoremployed Maria Wojtak’s conception, in which four aspects − structural, pragmatic, cognitiveand stylistic ones − are considered.
