Summary/Abstract: A fundamental role in the life of every human being full of religious and moral education. This will include education and persons with intellectual disabilities. Here lies a great role for those who have close contact with people with disabilities, especially in the immediate family. On it rests a great responsibility for the development of the people, including the responsibility for their education. Religious and moral education of the mentally handicapped is also the duty of the Church, which seeks to create every human person, with a view to its ultimate goal. Therefore, the aim of this publication is to present the role of the family and the Church in the religious and moral education of people with intellectual disabilities.
