Summary/Abstract: It is quite important that employees are satisfied with their careers in terms of both employees’ personal satisfactions and the success of the organizations. This study was conducted in order to identify the opinions and the perceptions of middle and top-level managers working in the hotels related to their career satisfactions. In this term, to gather the needed data, a field reseach was carried out in five-star hotels in Antalya and 220 top and middle-level managers were requested to fill in a survey questionnaire which was prepared according to five dimensions of career satisfaction. The survey results were analyzed by statistical methods. The T-test and one-way analysis of varience (ANOVA) which were carried out in terms of demografic characteristics showed that there is a reasonable difference between ‘the Professional success’ and education level, position, working duration. ‘General professional goals’ vary in relation to gender and the position; ‘targets related with income’ vary in terms of marital status and position. While a significant difference exists between ‘improvement in profession’ and position, working duration as a manager; the biggest difference emerges in ‘acquisition of newskills’dimension. Furthermore, we have found a significant difference between ‘acquisition of new skills’ and age, education level, position in the establishment, working duration, working duration as a manager. Considering the arithmetic mean of the answers given to the questionnaire; it was concluded that the top and middle level managers working in the hotels in Antalya are generally satisfied with their careers. It was determined that managers are not satisfied with their careers only in terms of ‘targets related with income.
