Summary/Abstract: The Modern Western thought reduced the existence to a substance with a particles and mechanistic point of view has led to the neglect of the metaphysics area of religion. Surely there is a great role of Aristotle / dialectic logic that led to the emergence of a number of the world thought the opposite philosophy, duality and dichotomy and accepting the logical impossibility of the third state. In particular,the mentality of Marx that reduce the oppositions to each other, it dominates the science and philosophy, accepting the eastern-Islamic philosophy as stable and Western philosophy as progressive, they all enhance the particles point of view. History has witnessed knowledge-power struggle through the last century. Especially recently developed fuzzy logic, epistemology and Islamic Theology and Fiqh Usul/Metodology a holistic methodology to get rid of these particles perspective, this may lead to the production of new knowledge and truth. In this context Triologhic method admits that the existence has three basic area like substantive, spirtual and psychic and they correspond to body, spirit and the self in human and also it admits that in spiritual area the spirit and material unites in the set of self.
