Summary/Abstract: The essen ce of a complete physical theory reduces to a mathematical model of the reality. The mathematical model is a formal (math) system with physical interpretation (Hilbert 1899). Minkowski reveals the essence of SR in 1908. Ontologically, the 4D Minkowski Space is primordial. All times and 3D spaces are factor spaces of Minkowski Space. All kinds of accelerated systems have simple definitions in SR. All relativistic efects (in accelerated and inertial systems) are unambiguous consequences. The second basic object, which in SR should be postulated, is the Action Tensor, as I call the Matter (or the Energy-Momentum) Tensor. Annulment f the Action Tensor divergency is the Basic Law of Matter, which in SR should be postulated General Relativity is theory of the curve 4D Space of Riemann-Minkowski-Grossman-Einstein. It is a unitary theory, with Action Tensor and Basic Law of Matter existing as internal properties of the Riemann-Minkowski-Grossman-Einstein Space. The MAIN problem of GR is Randomization and Quantization of Action Tensor. The veto on the “spooky” Action at a distance is neither theoren nor postulate necssary to Relativity.
