The theoretical basis of the consideration of innovative component of the potential employment of the society

Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of consideration of innovative component of the labor potential of the society in key areas: Methodological approaches to the study of labor potential and its components; the development of categorical apparatus; Development of indicators for assessment the degree of the phenomenon; system of indicators that make possible to trace the extent and direction of change. The methodological approach was based on the consideration of two levels of theories: theories concerning general civilizational progress, methodological approaches for determining the merits of the potential employment of the society and its approach to the disclosure of the innovation component. Concifering the question concerning the categorical apparatus the defention of innovation development of national economy on the stage of development through the implementation of innovative projects in all sectors of the national economy produce a significant level of GDP was accepted. The analysis of the innovation component of the potential employment of the society was developed. Also the basic criteria of innovations in the field of the labor potential of the society. After analysis the indicators of the assessment of the development of innovative society’s labor potential.
