Summary/Abstract: In September 2016, several regulations were amended, such as: Regulation enforcing the provisions of Law no. 252/2013 on the organization and functioning of probation system; Order of the President of the National Agency for Tax Administration no. 2594/2015 regarding the authorization of the competent tax bodies for the organization and management of tax record, the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 50/2010 on credit agreements for consumers. Moreover, the following regulations were published in September: Regulation enforcing Law no. 253/2013 on the enforcement of punishments, educational measures and other non-custodial measures ordered by the judicial bodies during the criminal trial; the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 54/2016 on the compulsory insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles for damages caused to third parties due to car and tramway accidents; Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration no. 1069/2016 for implementing point 101 of title IX “Local taxes and fees” of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 227/2015 on the Tax Code, as approved under the Government Decision no. 1/2016.
