Summary/Abstract: Emergency Ordinance no. 82/2016 regulates the status of civil servants appointed to specific public of social inspector, rights, duties and specific powers,incompatibilities and conflicts of interest, prohibitions applicable to social inspector. Thisregulation stipulates in detail the status of civil servant appointed to social inspector, setsand rules on labour relation rules which bases its existence on a previous report ofadministrative law, resulted from an act of investment (appointment) as the social inspector.Social inspector who violate laws and specific of the field of activity responds disciplinary,administrative, civil or criminal, under the law, depending on the nature and seriousness ofthe offense.
