PHENOMENON OF COINCIDENCE IN THE AGRICULTURAL MECHANISATION SECTOR – RECOMMENDATIONS TOWARDS THE PRODUCT FLEXIBILITY

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a context of the phenomenon of coincidence (comparability) as a determinant of implementation of the product adapted to the customers’ requirements. As a part of the conducted research for the implementation of the same product in a „different” form in terms of its quality, the authors are searching for answers to the following questions: a) is the relation between the market price and the cost of production maintained, in other words, is the amount of profit achieved by a manufacturer similar in the case of implementation of the higher and lower quality product? b) does the amount of profit achieved by a manufacturer vary with the change of quality of the implemented product? If yes, what is the direction of changes?
