Summary/Abstract: The deed book fund of Bihac district is presented by the work and begins from the period of introducing the deed registry in BIH, since 1 886 and it has been finally finished and ready for public use in 1908. During the time, these deed books were registered and new inserts of de ed books were added during the period of Kingdom of SHS, and the last change to be noticed dated from 1949. During the work, it has been tried to point out the significance and place of this kind of sources in systematic studying of structure of the real estate relations in general, especially the ZKKB fund, by the functional analysis of the fund creator and its material, but also with the application of objective principles and criteria of evaluation.. By the work it has been pointed out all the specific values of the deed books which have resort from the application of certain criteria of evaluation which contributes to its originality and proved value of this kind of archives' material.
