Summary/Abstract: Medical services are directly related to the growing needs and desires of each person to continuously improve the quality of their lives, to be useful to themselves, relatives and society. Purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the degree of patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care in clinics of the University Hospital „St. George“ Plovdiv. A direct individual poll. Assessing the quality of medical care by the patients should be considered very good.
