The size of an enterprise and factors determining chances for the training in an organization

Summary/Abstract: The paper includes identification of factors determining chances for training in an organization in differentiated groups of enterprises distinguished on the basis of their size. Empirical material from research on the human resource management system in enterprises of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship was analyzed. 5 logit econometric models were estimated. Conducted research let draw conclusions that the most important factors determining chances for training in organization are mainly characteristics of management systems of enterprises represented by respondents, weaker analyzed chances determine individual characteristics of respondents.
