Summary/Abstract: Micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises play an increasingly important role in the economy. They are trying to raise more funds from different sources. One of them is the issue of shares on the NewConnect market. The article presents ways of financing the SMEs sector, which in 2010–2013 were on the NewConnect market. They were also presented their debt ratios by which companies can assess the situation.
