Green tourism as the direction of employment of the rural population in Ukraine

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the investigation is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the efficiency of rural green tourism in Ukraine.The purpose of the research study of theoretical and methodological guidelines and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Rural Green Tourism in Ukraine.Methodology of work. Methodological basis of research form the dialectical method of cognition and systematic approach to study phenomena and processes of Rural Tourism Development in Ukraine.Work results. Proving theoretical and methodological aspects of economic relations in making of Rural Green Tourism in Ukraine. It was analyzed the level of rural green tourism and defined the main problems and trends of the development in the contemporary economy for effective function in future. It was considered the State Target Program of the development of the Ukrainian village and eco-tourism in particular for the period till 2015. The basic directions of solving the problem of employment of the rural population in Ukraine were discussed.The sphere of the usage of the results includes the scientific research in the field of agricultural activity, provides services to rural tourism that is one of the areas of diversification and of increasing incomes of the rural population, and improving the quality of life,the problems of employment, organizational and economic problems connected with reproduction of labor capacity in agriculture and the formation of new areas of production and marketing of agricultural products. Conclusions: The development of rural green tourism has a positive impact on the socio-economic problems of a village, especially in the direction of expansion of rural employment. The green tourism provides farmers with extra income, expends employment opportunities of a farmer not only in manufacturing, but also in the sphere of public services. Under the circumstances of the increasing number of holidaymakers the necessity of the various demands appears, and it stimulates the development of services: sightseeing, communication, commerce, recreation and entertainment and others. For the further development of the rural green tourism government support is required, that is the systematization of judicial rules to regulate legal relations in this field.
