Summary/Abstract: PhD studies is a relatively new stage of institutionalized education. Literature concering this stage of education is still inconspicuous. The same applies to research activities which explore and explain the functioning of PhD students and PhD studies. In this article I make a personal and professional characteristics of reflection in terms of PhD students, as well as present their views on PhD studies as an area of reflection.
