Summary/Abstract: Reformed Ruždija in Lower Tuzla was opened in the 1st September 1892. That year the school enrolled 50 students. The school was working on the curriculum prescribed by the National government of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the proposal Ulema-Majlis. In the building where the school was located there were three classrooms. Besides the building there was a school garden which is used headmaster. In the period from 1907 to 1909. the classes were implemented by four professors: Husein eff. lmamovic, Fehim eff. Malkic, Ahmed eff. Seremet and Uzeir eff. Eminefendic. Headmaster was Hussein eff. lmamovic. Between school administrators and teachers often came to a conflict which had negative consequences for the school. The conflict was resolved by the Hussein eff. lmamovic, that was, at his own request, relieved of teaching service in 1909.
