Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to show on which way proper application of existing regulations affects the completeness and integrity of the assumed archival funds and which is their practical and scientific usefulness in the institutions for protection. In this paper are represented effort of a Servis for protection of archival material outside the archive to improve and advance the process of protecting "official documents" of legal entities in its region, through different models of work and organization. Membership in the Society of Archivists Serbia - Belgrade, active participation in the establishment and operation of Regional branch of DAS, enabled the application of new archive solutions in the process of ownership transformation of business entities.
