Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the concept of «personal management», principles of personal management, personal management laws. The article shows that the personal management is an interdisciplinary field of scientific and practical knowledge and productivity of a multidisciplinary approach for the development of science. Also analyzes the problems of teaching and current vectors of development of personal management.
