Summary/Abstract: There are many aspects of right to use of instruments of social communicationby the Magisterium of Church according to the 1983 Code of Canon Law, arepresented in this article. The Catholic Church’s prerogatives, related to this issue,are result of its nature and they are means to salvation of souls, which must alwaysbe the supreme law in the Church. In order to preserve the integrity of the truthsof faith and morals, this right should be defended, because this innate right cannotbe subject of state jurisdiction.
