Summary/Abstract: The changings of current criminal legislation of Russian Federation on economic crimes and judicial practice are analyzed in the article. The rules of qualification of common and special norms on fraud and retroactive effect of the law on fraud are suggested. Notion of little theft is offered. The attempt of Supreme Court of Russian Federation on notion of complicity on group of persons with primary collusion in view changing of Plenum of Supreme Court of Russian Federation 2010 year is analyzed. Excess of Criminal Code of RF is researched.
