Summary/Abstract: Universalism of knowledge, versatile activities of V. I. Dal. Making "The Dictionary" was an exploit to the glory of Russian nation. Language of a nation is a result of huge historical experience in which national culture was developed; it's a source of national language's evolution on the national basis. Knowing Russian reality, skill of interpreting of philosophical and political concepts from public point of view. Language wealth collected by Dal is a picture of conscience and national morality, this work doesn't have analogs in history. Education of truthful, honest and thinking of "global benefit" Person.
