Summary/Abstract: Public protection of archives and Registry Materials, Historical Archive Niš has contributed successfully to the process and the completion of the privatization process, which normally lasts for about twenty years, and flowing upward in Nis district, at least as far as the emergence of a large number of privatized public companies go. Historical Archive Niš is part of their regular visits, and with the help of data from the Agency for privatisation, konstatovanala that in Nis district so far privatized 57 companies, and 104 is ready for privatization, but not yet sold. After examining the evidence, to be on the field with these creators is approximately 5,000 linear meters of archives and documentary material. The privatized companies owners are facing problems with the preservation and maintenance of archives as a whole and securing their protection. This requires the establishment of cooperation between: privatized companies or owners, privatization agency and the archive.
