Summary/Abstract: The article is the trial of presenting the inner school teachers’ training as one of the ways of becoming the special school “the learning organization” and applying the idea of distant implementation of changes. There will be presented not only the assumptions of this process understood as the intentional series of meetings oriented towards the identification and satisfying personal and group needs by the mutual learning but the teachers’ opinions as well regarding the process of inner school training in special schools.
