ASPECTS OF POLITICAL EDUCATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGY «KAZAKHSTAN - 2050»

Summary/Abstract: In the article the issues of political and civic education in the Kazakhstan`s universities are considered. The urgent task is to prepare teachers for transmission of political values, civic skills to young people and adults, the subjects of emerging civil society, in the process of realization Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050".This article analyzes the reasons for the growing interest in questions of political education, political science and held discourse of some aspects of the impact of government Strategy «Kazakhstan -2050»: a new policy established state»Improvement of political knowledge in the context of globalization is closely linked with the development of economic and social relations, restructuring of thinking, a new generation of psychology, the statement of dynamism as a way of life, the rules of life.Increasing the activity of researchers, government, centralized approach to building and strengthening the material- technical base of the use of new information technologies, gradually increase computer culture in the education system, establishing fruitful cooperation allow us to be optimistic about the prospects for Kazakhstan's decision to reform the political education, political science and research centers.In the global information society, Kazakhstan seeks new approaches to qualitative change in the system of political education. It is the increased flow of political processes, new knowledge, the disappearance of the transition period between the receipt of knowledge, scientific research and its use in practice.Changed methodological approaches to the study and understanding of the multi-polar world , if earlier it was possible to confine differentiated mastery of disciplines , it is now almost every problem requires a synthesis of disciplinary knowledge . This requires the training of professionals to high standards, to effectively bring the Kazakh scientific journals in a single indicator of the quality of the impact factor, to develop their own scientific schools of political theories and concepts.
