Summary/Abstract: The author indicates that the mediation in canon law has its theological and legal foundations. The article presents an analysis only the theological foundations in the selected parts of the Holy Bible, in post-conciliar resolutions and in papal Magisterium. The theological foundations were determined by the Divine Founder of the Church, Jesus Christ, in the Holy Bible.
