Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was an analysis of the influence of temperamental traits, cognitive-affect regulation strategies and intensity of posttraumatic symptoms disorder (PTSD) on the mood level in the group of 250 subjects (152 females and 98 males), who were exposed in life at least to one traumatic event. The study assessed concurrent relationships and based on self-report measures. The results showed that temperamental traits influence active strategies of affect-regulation and positive mood. On the other side the impact of symptoms of PTSD on avoidance strategies of affect-regulation and negative mood was recorded.
