Summary/Abstract: Recently the reasons for unwillingness to learn have been identified with the lack of motivation and bad management at school. Scientists emphasize that school could help such children by creating conditions for learning and meaningful selfexpression by forming learning motivation as one of several that lead not only to the success of learning but also to the further life of a person. A teacher creating a successful learning / educational motivation encouragement model has to follow management science and to base his / her lesson on modern management elements. Problem of the research: What management means are used to encourage pupils’ motivation? Aim of the research: to find out what management means could be used for the encouragement of pupils’ motivation for learning. Tasks of the research: 1. To determine pupils’ levels of learning / education motivation. 2. To discuss management competence of teachers and their attitude towards the possibilities of development of competences. 3. The tune of teachers and pupils’ attitudes towards management subjects that influence learning / education motivation. To solve this problem one chose Q type research which helped to determine the subjects that encourage pupils’ motivation and existing management problems. Results of the researched revealed that teenagers of V–VIII classes have average learning motivation, while management factors of a teacher directly influence the learning motivation of pupils.
