Summary/Abstract: Shape, position, and Polish families to exist is conditional many situations taking place in the society. The family is the place where various consequences are focused transformation of the socio – economic Polish. The increase or decrease in income, the situation of labor market, social benefits, or even the broader activities of the state or other entities for the family, have a great influence on the formation of the smallest social unit. Social Discourse, which has intensified in recent times made that recognizes the severe socio – economic situation of the family. Due to the fact that it is the family is the foundation of society and fulfills many functions with respect to future generations, should occupy an important place in the politics of the state. It should also be noted that there may be a part of social policy, which is a kind of social intervention during difficult financial situation. Reality requires such a policy on the family, which has sung by appropriate conditions for a dignified creation and functioning of families in the community. Some element of family-friendly policies are effective. As a result of the principle of subsidiarity large part of the task-implemented state took over the local government bodies. Social needs are better recognized on the local ground. Are regulated by the normative conditions – institutional, which contributed to increase the involvement of non-governmental organizations to support the family. Polish family is subject to constant change and transformation to the expectations of the present. You should expect a number of solutions aimed at overcoming the problems, difficulties, and support to families Polish. Also important is the proper attitude of the society, the activity and the mobilization of political parties to realize the promises and demands of the electorate. It is also necessary to integrate the entities that operate for the good of the family, so any action will be possible to achieve the desired results.
