Summary/Abstract: The author's intentions in the paper presented are to thematise, regarding daoism, the central problem of philosophy of religion- that of reality of all realities. The ontological proof of Dao's being is thrown into focus by means of interpretations of some essential issues, pointed in Lao-Tzu's Dao De Ching and in Chuang-tzu's Ching. The questions of the name and the number as constituents of that proof are discussed in the light of the idea of the Great Oneness and the Great Word, presented by the Master, i. е. by у the true philosophical and religious subject, as both а multitude of all multitudes and а name of all names. De is emphased to be an ontological "matrix" of the existing Dao, а virtue as an ontological completeness and а principle of the individualisation.
