Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the postcommunism process of the states of Central Europe (Slovak and Czech republic, Hungary, Poland) after the fall of the communism. The article focuses on specific sign that influence the unusual process. In another words it is about new phenomenon, dating from no earlier that 1989, the term is widely labeled as “post-communism”. The main target is the adaptation of the Fourteen – point model of Post-communism on the chosen four countries. Like all models, also this has its limitations and diversities. For that the article tries to fix these specifics problems with aspiration to adaptation of two specific theories on it (theory of political system, theory of the transition). Nevertheless, the new phenomenon – postcommunism serves as a useful device in attempting to understand the specific period of transformation that remain till the consolidation of the system in the states of Central Europe.
