Summary/Abstract: Dokumenti nastali radom najviših organa austro-ugarske vlasti od 1879. do 1918. godine daju dragocjene podatke o naseljavanju u Bosnu i Hercegovinu. U ovom radu, s posebnim osvrtom na agrarnu kolonizaciju, izneseni su raspoloživi podaci o naseljavaju Slovenaca u Bosnu i Hercegovinu do 1918. godine. After Austria-Hungary had established its rule in 1878 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a great number of foreign families came to settle on its teritory, mostly because of the abundance of unused fertile ground. Planned colonization started in 1893, after real estate registry was fi nished. Documents left by the highest Austria-Hungary authorities from 1879 to 1918, reveals precious data about colonization of all nations generally, and also Slovenians among them. First Slovenian families came to Bosnia at the beginning of the 1880’s. Untill the WWI they have one colony, established in 1895 in Ralutinac settlement, Prnjavor district on the North of Bosnia. At the begining of XX century, Slovenians represents a group integrated in several towns and regions. From the mentioned archival materials, factual cases of the colonization of Slovenians in Bosnia and Herzegovina are described.
